Receptionist

As a receptionist at our Noida, Sector 4 location, you will play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming and professional environment for our visitors, clients, and employees. It is essential to ensure efficient front desk operations while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. Your key responsibilities will include greeting visitors warmly, handling phone calls professionally, managing inquiries about the company and its services, overseeing mail and courier deliveries, and keeping the front desk area clean and organized. Additionally, you will schedule appointments, assist with administrative tasks like filing and data entry, monitor office supplies inventory, and collaborate with other departments for seamless operations. Upholding security protocols by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate should be a fresher with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and a professional appearance are essential. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of office equipment are also required. Previous experience in administrative tasks would be preferred, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is advantageous. Knowledge of local languages in addition to English will be beneficial.
