Receptionist Mumbai

 

Company: Leading Asset management company in India.

 

Job Description:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk.
  • Order front office supplies and maintain inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Keep accurate and updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.

Soft Skills: Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Administrative Assistant communication skills, Proficiency in shorthand (preferred)

 

Technical Skills:  Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

 

Education: Graduate from a recognized Secretarial College.

 

Experience: Minimum 3+ years as an Executive Assistant, reporting directly to senior management.
