Job Description: Minervaa Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic RECEPTIONIST to join our team in Siliguri, West Bengal. As a RECEPTIONIST, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, playing a crucial role in our customer engagement and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services or gather information.
• Handling inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Clearly explaining the benefits and features of Minervaa Group's offerings to customers.
• Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
• Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the company's system
• Following communication scripts when necessary and adapting to various customer needs.
• Achieving daily and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, or sales.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a RECEPTIONIST or in a similar customer service/sales role is a plus, but freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali and Hindi and English.
• Active listening skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
• Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
