Job Description:

Luxury Sleep Mattress is looking for a friendly and professional Female Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with inquiries about our premium mattresses.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage the front desk operations.
• Maintain records of customer visits and inquiries.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing emails.
• Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Keep the reception area neat, organized, and presentable.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Professional appearance and a pleasant demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in [Specify Language(s) as per location] is a plus.
