Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore

Work Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM

Working Days: Monday - Friday (Alt Saturdays & Sunday off)

Job Description- Receptionist / Admin Executive

Handling the 2nd floor.

· monitoring on the cleaning of the 2nd floor office, reception and pantry.

· assisting the clients visiting at the second floor.

· Assisting clients coming for meetings with the directors and other employees.

· hosting for the Tea, coffee and water- clients

· Checking on the working of all the electric appliance working including- AC, fan, lights etc.- reporting in case of not working.

· monitoring on the pantry and office inventories- reporting in case of missing.

· monitoring on the washroom cleaning happening 4 times a day and submitting the report checklist.

· Monitoring on pantry inventory and working of the appliance –monitoring on the inventory morning and in the evening and submitting the report.- checklist

· assisting the 2nd floor employees with any issue with regards to admin work.

· Monitoring and registering the inwards couriers received at the 2nd floor.

· assisting the 2nd floor employees with sending Courier and maintaining the register for the same.

· maintaining the pantry and housekeeping stock and reporting daily usage to track the stock availability.

· Coordinating with the milk vender supply required of the milk every day.

-Coordinating with the housekeeping boys to complete the task.

2. In absence of -Ground floor reception.

-Managing the ground floor reception- welcoming the clients and helping them with beverages.

-Flexible for working on Sunday and holidays at the store.- (as situation demands)

-Assisting in Porter and Ola booking.

-Maintaining of couriers be sent and received for the day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
