Hiring receptionist with 1 year plus experience in handling reception duties of a growing company.
Office, administration & Diary management. Greeting all visitors.
Handling queries via phone, email and general correspondence within appropriate staff member.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Performing ad-hoc administration duties
Assisting the HR team with recruitment, on-boarding processes.
Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance companies)
