Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Provide information to visitors and staff, responding to inquiries promptly.
  • Support other departments with clerical and administrative assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Professional appearance and courteous attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Under graduation is mandatory
