Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Respond to general inquiries about the institution’s products and services.
  • Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, emails, and parcels).
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols are followed.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and customer follow-ups.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to office staff and management.
  • Record and maintain client information and office files accurately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
