Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, maintaining records, and filing documents

  • Greet guests upon arrival, manage check-in procedures, and provide relevant information about the company.
  • Oversee front desk operations, including handling guest arrivals resolving issues, and coordinating for guest house activities.
  • Assist the HR department with various activities including data preparation, recruitment coordination, attendance management, gate pass entries, and documentation.
  • Manage travel bookings and related arrangements for employees.

  • Oversee facilities and canteen management, ensuring smooth daily operations, hygiene standards, and coordination with vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
  • 2-7 years of experience in manufacturing Industry with focus on receptionist and Back office Role .
  • Proficiency in administration work, MS Excel and basic computer applications,

  • Should be procative and energetic

  • Female Candidates preferable married .
