Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer to oversee the preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment, ensuring that all machinery is operating at optimal performance. The ideal candidate will be proficient in ISO record maintenance and have experience using SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) for recording, tracking, and managing maintenance activities. Role & responsibilities Preventive Maintenance : Execute and manage preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical equipment, ensuring all tasks are completed on time to avoid equipment breakdowns. Breakdown Maintenance : Respond to mechanical failures promptly, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Maintenance Documentation : Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and breakdown incidents, in compliance with ISO standards. ISO Compliance : Ensure maintenance processes and records align with ISO standards, maintaining accurate documentation for audits and compliance checks. SAP PM System : Utilize SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module to track and record all maintenance activities, manage work orders, and update maintenance logs in real-time. Equipment Monitoring : Conduct regular inspections and assessments of mechanical equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
