Role & responsibilities

Front Office Executive

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the front desk area in a neat and presentable condition
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, couriers)
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
  • Maintain visitor logs and security procedures
  • Support HR or admin teams in onboarding new employees or organizing events

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven work experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Degree, diploma or equivalent
