Job Description

As a Front Office Executive in the Administration department located in New Panvel, your main responsibilities will include: - Welcoming visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone and answering or referring inquiries. - Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and providing necessary instructions. - Maintaining and updating inward and outward courier entries in the register, ensuring all Proof of Deliveries (PODs) are in place, and ensuring all inward couriers reach the respective employees while tracking all outward PODs at any given time. - Updating extensions, company contacts, address lists, etc. - Having the ability to draft various corporate letters and take dictation from Directors to reproduce the same. - Booking flight tickets and hotels for Directors and Guests for both domestic and international travel. - Implementing various directives given by the management promptly. - Performing any other related activities as required. Skills required: - Proficiency in handling computers and printers. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. - Strong communication skills. - Knowledge of the local language. Education: - Graduate Experience: - Minimum 4 years of experience Please note that the salary for this position will be determined based on the interview and the candidate's last drawn salary.
