Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage incoming phone calls, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services. Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and documentation. Coordinate with internal departments and assist in facility-related queries. Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed. Requirements: 3 – 4 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills. Polished appearance and professional demeanor. Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
