Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing manpower on the shop floor, understanding production schedules, reading AutoCAD drawings, and ensuring high-quality output in line with production targets. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage production workers to ensure daily targets and quality standards are met. Interpret and work from AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications. Coordinate with the quality team to ensure compliance with production standards. Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with the inventory team. Prepare daily production reports and maintain proper documentation. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times. Provide training and guidance to operators as required. Troubleshoot any production line issues and escalate where needed. Candidate Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or composite material setup preferred. Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings is a must. Strong leadership and team-handling skills. Good communication and reporting abilities. Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
