Receptionist / Front Office Executive / Centre Incharge

Arose Education is a leading coaching institute in Noida, focused on delivering high-quality education to students from Class 8 to 12. We are now looking for a dynamic, responsible, and smart individual to join our front office team and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist students, parents, and walk-in enquiries
• Convert enquiries into admissions through confident communication and follow-ups
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and data entry in Excel/Google Sheets
• Maintain student records and support daily administrative operations
• Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth centre functioning

Candidate Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
• Strong computer skills: MS Office, Google Forms, Excel, typing
• Ability to take ownership and deliver under pressure
• Friendly, confident, and professional attitude
• Prior experience in front office, counselling, or admin roles (preferred)

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience & role)
