Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist / Front Office professional to join our team at Capital Placement Services, located in Sector 46 Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have between 1-7 years of experience in front office operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the reception calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations.
Professionally greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries.
Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings as required.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training is an asset.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Experience in front office operations, preferably in a similar role.
