Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Jaipur. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include performing clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring a positive and professional atmosphere at the workplace.

Qualifications

Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including greeting clients and managing front desk operations
Clerical Skills, such as appointment scheduling and maintaining accurate records
Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming and supportive environment
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic work setting
Proficiency in basic computer tools and office software
Experience or interest in the mental health industry is a plus
