Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and well-organized at all times. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services. Coordinate with internal departments to manage appointments and meeting schedules. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company protocol. Assist in basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Monitor and order office supplies for the front office. Coordinate with housekeeping and security for front-desk related needs. Handle any queries or complaints from clients and visitors politely and efficiently. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in a front office or receptionist role (preferably in a corporate environment). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is a plus.) Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle stressful situations with grace and professionalism.
