About the Role

We at SSPACIA are looking for a proactive and personable Front Office Assistant join our team. The ideal candidate will help maintain strong relationships with our existing clients and assist in building new ones.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying)
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor and office needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and housekeeping staff management

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Problem-solving and handling situations calmly

Experience & Qualifications

High School Diploma / Graduate (preferred)
0.6–2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
