We are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization and to ensure smooth day-to-day front-office operations.

Position Overview

The Receptionist serves as the face of Motia Builders Group, responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients, guests, and visitors. This role involves handling front-desk operations, managing phone calls, coordinating appointments, and supporting various administrative tasks to maintain efficient office functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure proper security procedures are followed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to departments when required (e.g., filing, data entry, documentation).
  • Manage office supplies inventory related to front-office operations.
  • Assist in handling inquiries regarding the company’s projects, services, or contact information.
  • Ensure communication and coordination between departments for seamless office functioning.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Administration, Business, or related field).

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or in a similar customer-facing administrative role (real estate or construction industry experience is an advantage).

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and reliability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
