Job Description

Fiesta Wallpapers is looking for a motivated female Receptionist (Sales) to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting wallpapers and other interior products, provide expert guidance, and ensure a seamless buying experience.

Showroom location: Faras Road, Zingabai Takli, Mankapur, Nagpur. Candidates living nearby are preferred.

Job timings: 11am to 8pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations on wallpapers, wall coverings, and other interior products.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, trends, and installation techniques to offer professional advice.
Sales & Transactions: Handle inquiries, negotiate pricing, and process sales transactions smoothly.
Showroom Management: Maintain product displays, keep the showroom organized, and ensure an attractive presentation.
Stock Monitoring: Assist in inventory tracking and replenishment of stock as needed.
Follow-Ups: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by following up on inquiries and orders.
Coordination: Work with vendors, designers, and suppliers to manage customer requirements.

Requirements:

Prior experience in sales, retail, or interior design is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
Interest or knowledge in wallpapers, home décor, or interior products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
Basic computer skills for billing and inventory management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
