An Immigration Receptionist serves as the first point of contact in an immigration consultancy or law office, responsible for greeting clients, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling mail, maintaining the reception area, and providing basic information about immigration processes.  Key Responsibilities Client & Visitor Interaction: Welcome and greet clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.  Communication Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; manage correspondence and emails.  Scheduling & Appointments: Schedule client appointments, manage calendars, and organize meetings.  Mail & Document Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail.  Office Organization: Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary forms, brochures, and stationery.   Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining records.  Supply Management: Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure operational efficiency.  Security: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk.
