Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and multi-tasking female receptionist to join our team at Enorme Life Sciences. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming phone calls and emails promptly and effectively.
Maintain front office cleanliness and ensure a positive first impression.
Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and scheduling.
Support different departments with basic clerical work as required.
Handle visitor logs, courier management, and office supplies.
Assist management in day-to-day tasks and special assignments.
Requirements:
Only female candidates will be preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience as a receptionist/ front office executive.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
Ability to multi-task and handle responsibilities with professionalism.
Presentable, confident.
