Receptionist-Dental Field

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional experienced and organized Receptionist with prior experience in the dental or medical field to join our team. The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth front-desk operations and excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients in a polite and professional manner.
• Manage patient appointments — scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming visits.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries efficiently.
• Register new patients and update existing patient records in the system.
• Coordinate with dental assistants and doctors to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Manage billing, payments, and maintain accurate daily cash records.
• Keep the reception area neat, organized, and patient-friendly.
• Handle patient feedback and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree.
• Experience in a dental or medical field is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, patient management software).
• Pleasant personality and professional behavior.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
