We believe that the first interaction sets the tone, and we’re looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Receptionist cum Telecaller to be the face and voice of our clinic. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Duties: Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism Manage appointment scheduling and client check-ins/check-outs Maintain client records and ensure smooth front desk operations Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and presentable at all times Telecalling Duties: Call prospective and existing clients to confirm appointments and follow-up on treatments Handle inbound inquiries and explain services confidently Maintain a calling database, follow-up logs, and call performance reports Educate potential clients about our services and offers with a customer-centric approach Key Skills Required:Excellent communication (English, Hindi, and/or local language) Pleasant personality and grooming Customer service orientation Basic computer and data entry skills (Excel, CRM or clinic software preferred) Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain professionalism What We Offer: Competitive salary Professional and supportive working environment Training on skin/hair/laser treatments and CRM tools Growth opportunities within the aesthetics industry
