Job Title: Receptionist cum Telecaller Location: [ Amanora chambers,Hadapsar ] Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Experience Required: 0.6 to 2 years Open Positions: 1 Job Description: We are looking for a Receptionist cum Telecaller who is enthusiastic, presentable, and has excellent communication skills. This individual will be the first point of contact for our company, managing both front-desk and telecalling responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and capable of handling day-to-day operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude Manage incoming phone calls, route them to appropriate departments, or take messages Handle all front-desk activities including managing appointments, courier management, and walk-ins Make outbound calls to clients/customers for follow-ups, inquiries, or promotional campaigns Maintain records of calls and visitor logs in an organized manner Assist in administrative tasks like filing, documentation, and data entry Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area Handle email correspondence when required Key Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident, polite, and professional behavior Good organizational and multitasking abilities Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good telephone etiquette and a pleasant speaking voice Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience preferred (Freshers with good communication can also apply) What We Offer: Friendly and collaborative work environment Exposure to various office and administrative functions Growth opportunities within the company Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume at snehawarkari24@gmail.com or contact us at 8087950111.
