Job Summary: We're looking for a friendly and efficient Receptionist/Tele Caller to manage our front desk operations and handle incoming/outgoing calls. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails, WhatsApp, Social media messages. 2. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, taking messages, and directing calls to relevant personnel. 3. Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries, and addressing concerns. 4. Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying. 5. Maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes. 7. Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming. Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills. 5. Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Previous experience in a receptionist or tele caller role. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills. 3. Language Telugu, Hindi , English
