Job Description

We are seeking a polite, presentable, and efficient Front Office Executive / Receptionist (Female) to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. She will be the first point of contact for visitors and responsible for creating a positive and welcoming impression of the organization. Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly attitude Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Handle all incoming and outgoing couriers and mail Maintain the reception area, ensure it is clean and organized Manage visitor logbook and issue visitor passes Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings Assist in basic administrative work such as filing, scanning, and data entry Coordinate with housekeeping and pantry staff for office upkeep Manage incoming inquiries and redirect them to the appropriate departments Handle small office purchases like stationery and refreshments if needed
