Receptionist cum customer support (Female Only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive dining experience from entry to exit.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally — both in-person and over the phone.
• Assist with reservations, takeaway orders, and home delivery coordination.
• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
• Upsell food and beverage options where appropriate.
• Ensure the dining area and reception space are always tidy and welcoming.
• Follow standard operating procedures and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or F&B, is a plus.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; English and local dialects are a bonus.
• Friendly, confident, and proactive personality.
• Basic computer or POS system knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
