Receptionist cum Admin

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain visitor log and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
• Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, letters, and deliveries.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (brochures, stationery, etc.).
• Coordinate with housekeeping and administrative staff for office upkeep.
• Assist employees and guests with general inquiries or directions.

Telecalling / Communication Duties

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing clients/customers to promote products, services, or company updates.
• Handle inbound calls — provide information, resolve basic queries, or transfer calls to the appropriate department.
• Follow up on leads generated by the sales or marketing team.
• Maintain call records and update CRM or Excel sheets with details of calls and outcomes.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects through polite and effective communication.
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets set by the company.
