Title: Front Office Executive / Receptionist

Location: kharavel Nagar, Bhubaneswar

Experience : 0 to 2 Years (Maximum)

Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations for our external clients. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,903.40 - ₹15,000.00 per month
