Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our café. The role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling customer queries, and assisting in the smooth running of front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional attitude.
• Manage table reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements.
• Answer phone calls, take bookings, and respond to customer inquiries.
• Assist customers with menu information, daily specials, and café services.
• Maintain the reception/front desk area neat and presentable.
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure excellent guest experience.
• Handle basic billing, payment assistance, or order coordination if required.
• Address customer feedback and escalate issues to the manager when needed.
• Support café promotions, events, and customer engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a receptionist, front office associate, or customer service role (hospitality or café experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / POS systems).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality diploma preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
