About the Role

We are seeking a well-presentable and customer-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our automobile showroom. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage front-office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors with a positive, welcoming attitude.
• Handle incoming calls, email inquiries, and walk-in customers professionally.
• Maintain the front desk area, visitor records, and appointment schedules.
• Coordinate with sales and service departments for smooth customer flow.
• Assist in updating customer details and maintain basic administrative records.
• Support the sales team with documentation and customer coordination as required.
• Provide accurate information regarding showroom operations, vehicle availability, and services.
• Manage customer waiting areas and guide customers appropriately.
• Ensure adherence to showroom etiquette and customer service standards.

Skills & Requirements

• Any graduate (Freshers or 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service / Reception / Front Office preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil
• Pleasant personality with customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, data entry)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Prior experience in automobile dealership will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
