Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling incoming inquiries, and converting leads into customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. Explain product/service features and benefits to prospects. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM. Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities. Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when needed. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a telecaller, customer support, or similar role is preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills in [Insert Language(s) - e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi]. Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure. Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking tone. Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage CRM tools. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Preferred Qualifications: 12th Pass / Graduate. Previous sales or call center experience is an advantage. Knowledge of the industry/product (optional – you can specify based on your company).
