Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area.
Provide basic and accurate information to guests and clients.
Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Maintain records and documentation related to front desk activities.
Assist in administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Only female candidates (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
