Job Description: Receptionist cum Telecaller

Location: Mohali, Punjab

A Receptionist and Telecaller is a dual role that combines front-desk management with outbound calling duties, handling tasks like greeting visitors, answering phones, and reaching out to potential clients to generate leads or appointments.

This position requires strong communication and multitasking skills to manage both incoming and outgoing calls, schedule appointments, and perform administrative duties like data entry. The role is crucial for managing the initial point of contact for both in person visitors and customer service.

Skill Set:

· The Candidate Should Be Energetic and Confident over the call

· Exceptional Problem Solving and analysing Skills

· Excellent Spoken Communication and Negotiation Skills

· Must be Capable of Handle Customer Calls and queries

· Have Basic Computer knowledge

· Active and Efficient Candidate with the Zeal to excel
