Billing & Accounts Clerk

Job Title: Billing & Accounts Clerk (Skin  +  Dental + Cafeteria)
Job Summary:
Handle all billing-related tasks for the skin and dental clinic and cafeteria, ensuring accurate invoicing, prompt payment collection, and management of patient and cafeteria accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices to clinic patients and cafeteria customers
• Monitor accounts receivables and send payment reminders
• Process payments (cash, card, insurance) and post transactions
• Reconcile daily payments and manage overdue accounts
• Respond to billing inquiries from patients, staff, and cafeteria customers
• Maintain accurate records in billing software and spreadsheets
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and billing regulations

Requirements:

• Graduated from Commerce background
• 1–2 years healthcare or retail billing experience
• Attention to detail and proficiency in billing/accounting software
• Excellent math, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
• excellence in English Speaking and Writing
• Korean Language is plus point

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
