Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Executive based in New Delhi. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers in the purchase process, providing product information, maintaining the store's visual standards, and achieving sales targets. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as customer service, inventory management, and participating in promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a retail environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with point of sale (POS) systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
