Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader (Sales) located across 5 branches. The sales associate will be responsible for generating sales through Leads, activity and cold calling. They should be developing and implementing sales strategies and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role involves daily interaction with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Noida or Haridwar India
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in real estate or luxury property sales is a plus.
