Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Portfolio Manager located in Ghaziabad. The role involves managing and optimizing real estate portfolios, creating and implementing comprehensive asset management strategies, and analyzing property performance. The Portfolio Manager will handle lease negotiations, monitor market trends, and provide financial insights to enhance property value. Collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders is key to support decision-making and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Portfolio Management and Asset Management experience to maximize property value and align with company objectives
• Proficiency in Finance and Analytical Skills to assess property performance and make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of Lease agreements and market trends for effective negotiation and portfolio optimization
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Proficiency with property management software and tools is an advantage
