Job Title: Telesales Expert – Real Estate

Location: Jankipuram Extension, Lucknow

About the Role:

Money Bricks is seeking a dynamic and experienced Telesales Expert with a background in real estate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining property offerings, and generating qualified leads through effective telecalling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients interested in real estate investments
• Explain property features, pricing, and project details in a clear and professional manner
• Generate and manage leads, follow up with potential buyers, and schedule site visits
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
• Coordinate with the sales and site teams to ensure seamless client experience
• Achieve daily/weekly targets related to call volume, lead generation, and conversions

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate telesales or telecalling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections confidently
• Professional telephone etiquette and persuasive skills
• Must be from the real estate industry (mandatory requirement)
• Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply
• Preference for candidates residing in or around Jankipuram Extension, Lucknow

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (commensurate with experience and performance)
