Job Summary:We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in real estate or a similar sales environment. The candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, following up with potential customers, and assisting the sales team in achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for real estate projects. Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to interested clients. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the field sales team. Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert prospects into sales. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate property options. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Maintain good customer relations and ensure a positive client experience. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in the real estate industry. Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities. Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools.
