Job Description

Job Summary:

Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain the products or services offered.
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Record call outcomes and feedback for analysis and improvement.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
Good knowledge of CRM systems and telecalling software is a plus.
Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language] as per business needs.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry, email communication).
