Job Summary:

Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain the products or services offered.
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Record call outcomes and feedback for analysis and improvement.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and telecalling software is a plus.
  • Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language] as per business needs.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry, email communication).
