Real Estate Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and property showings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and available inventory.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and transactions.


Requirements:

  • 0.6 – 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Presentable and professional demeanour.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work on weekends (Tuesdays will be the weekly off).
