Real Estate Tele Caller - Female

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote real estate projects and generate new leads.
• Respond to inbound queries from clients regarding properties and real estate services.
• Schedule and coordinate property viewings or site visits with interested clients and sales agents.
• Explain property details such as location, amenities, pricing, and features over the phone.
• Maintain and update customer databases and records in CRM systems.
• Follow up regularly with leads to nurture their interest and address concerns, aiming to move them towards a sale.
• Provide feedback to the management on customer needs and trends in the market.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum education: Preference may be given to graduates.
• Prior experience in tele calling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales (preferably in real estate) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Good time management and multitasking capabilities.
• Customer relationship management techniques and telemarketing strategies.
• Ability to handle rejection, remain positive, and work towards targets.
• Organizational skills to manage a high volume of calls and follow-up schedules.

Pay & Benefits:

• Fixed salary with additional incentives based on performance.
