Real Estate Store Manager

As a Senior Store In-charge for the upcoming Commercial projects near Greater Noida West, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability. - Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations. - Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Monitor inventory levels and order new items. - Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. - Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits. - Hire, train, and oversee new staff. - Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays. - Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff. - Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records. Qualifications required for this role: - Total experience in a Builder firm. - Experience in Inventory management. - Experience in Store Management, particularly in Commercial projects as a store in-charge. - Maximum size of commercial project handled.
