As the Senior Store In-charge, your primary responsibility will be to create business strategies that attract new customers, increase store traffic, and boost profitability. Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations is essential to maintain a safe working environment. You will be expected to deliver excellent service to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders for new items, and promptly responding to customer complaints and concerns are key aspects of this role. It will also be your responsibility to prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits. In addition, hiring, training, and supervising new staff members will be part of your duties. You will need to develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays to drive sales. Motivating the sales team to achieve sales objectives through training and mentorship is crucial. Store administration tasks such as managing store budgets and updating financial records will also be within your scope of work. This is a full-time position with benefits that include paid time off.
