Job Title : Portfolio Manager / BDE Company: Matrix Acres Location : 11th Floor, E Square, Supertech Limited, 1104, Sector 96 , Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301 Job Overview: Matrix Acres is hiring dedicated Sales Executives to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to call potential clients from the leads provided by the company. Occasionally, you may be required to visit client sites for meetings. This is an ideal role for someone who excels in communication and client interaction. Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company to promote our real estate projects. Follow up with prospective clients and provide detailed information about properties. Schedule and coordinate client visits to the property sites when required. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses to their questions. Occasionally visit client sites for meetings, based on client requests. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory). Previous experience in sales or tele calling is an advantage. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable working in an office environment with occasional travel for site visits. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Work Environment : Office-based role with calling responsibilities, using leads provided by the company. Occasional travel to client sites for meetings, as needed. Salary : Competitive salary ranging from 20,000 to 55,000 INR, depending on experience and performance during the interview process.
