Job Description – Resales Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Thane
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month + Benefits

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Resales Executive to join our real estate team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience, be familiar with the real estate market, and be willing to travel within the city for client meetings and property showcases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle resale properties and manage the end-to-end sales process.
• Conduct client meetings, property visits, and site showcases within the city.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
• Generate leads, follow up with potential buyers/sellers, and close deals.
• Maintain proper records of sales, client interactions, and property listings.
• Stay updated with real estate trends and market insights.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: Any prior sales experience (Real estate sales experience preferred).
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
• Other: Ability to travel across Thane/Mumbai for property showcases and client meetings.

Salary & Benefits:
