Real Estate Salesperson

We are looking for enthusiastic and result driven Sales Staff to join our team for a leading residential real estate project in Kharar , Bhagomajra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries , site visits and closing sales deals. Roles & Responsibilities : * Calling on Leads provided by our team & handle incoming sales inquiries to potential leads for visits. *Conduct site visits and explain project details to potential buyers. *Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly. *Assist clients with documentation and payment procedures. *Achieve monthly sales target and contribute to team goals. *Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities. Requirement:- *Minimum of 2 year experience in Real Estate *Good Communication and interpersonal skills. *Self motivated and target-oriented. *Working on Weekends & Single Week Off on weekday. *Bike Or Two-wheeler required Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
